Produced by a tiny co-op of 60 growers: only 8,000 cases. On the palate, light red fruit and delicate spice with tannins that provide a long finish with a hint of pleasant bitterness. A little wild and rustic with garrigue, cherry, and bush berries. Excellent acidity make this a great wine to pair with food.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Mushroom soup, cold cuts and the typical lardo of Arnad
