A lovely and round Chardonnay with aromas and flavors of white flower, almond, apple and citrus. The palate is juicy with a slight buttery texture and some mineral and smoky notes. For goat cheese, seafood, fish, chicken and roast veggies. 100% Chardonnay grown in white clay, from a small plot located in the lieu-dit “Saint-Vincent” in Quincie-en-Beaujolais near the Cru Brouilly. Aged 8 months in neutral oak before bottling.
