A dry, medium-bodied white demonstrating floral notes, lime, green apple, pear, and minerals. Sourced from all of the estate's parcels, as each plot has at least some white grapes in it. Aside from the Timorasso, which was harvested and vinified separately, this is a field blend, with the other varieties harvested and fermented together. Aged in concrete and stainless with malolactic fermentation and six month's aging on the lees.
